When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Preparation Time: We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. This timeline applies Monday through Sunday for orders confirmed before noon EST.
Delivery Timeline: Expect to receive your items within 3-5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation. We deliver from Monday to Saturday, straight to your doorstep.
What Is The Return Policy For My Item?
You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth return process, please reach out to us at support@twinklewave.com under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product should be free from any damage caused by customer misuse.
To initiate a return that meets these criteria, please email support@twinklewave.com to start the process and receive a return label. Twinklewave covers the return shipping costs and aims to process your return within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Can I Modify My Order After It's Placed?

Is It Possible to Cancel My Order?
